Jean-Marie Formigé relocated to The Bahamas in 2017, along with his family, to found Isles of Knight Ltd.

He holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva and has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and asset management.

Jean-Marie Formigé began his career at UBS before moving to raw materials trading (Sucafina, Addax & Oryx), then back to wealth management with leading companies such as Lombard Odier & Cie and Credit Suisse. Strengthened by a rich experience in a changing environment with clientele and usages in constant evolution, he decided to found Bayard SA Switzerland in order to provide a service adapted to the needs of entrepreneurs and private individuals with a dynamic approach to managing their assets and to benefit from the important network he has built up throughout his career.

As Chairman of the Board of Isles of Knight Ltd., Jean-Marie is constantly seeking the best strategies to protect and serve his clients ​while relentlessly aiming to raise the quality of the services offered by the Company.

Theresa C. Haven-Adderley, Trust & Estate Practitioner
Managing Director

With more than twenty years’ experience in the financial services sector, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Isles of Knight Ltd. She is a licensed Trust & Estate Practitioner and has been a Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners for many years.

Prior to commencing her financial services career, Theresa practiced as a Counsel & Attorney-at-Law/Notary Public and continues to be a Member of the Bahamas Bar Association. She has held senior management positions with major international banks and trust companies in The Bahamas, including EFG Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Ltd, and United European Bank & Trust (Nassau) Ltd. She has been instrumental in developing teams and building a base for wealth planning and structuring for high net-worth international clients.

As Managing Director of Isles of Knight Ltd., Theresa is responsible for all aspects of the business operations, including regulatory compliance, monitoring of licensing processes and requirements, set-up of related structures, and generally all day-to-day activities related to the Company’s core businesses.
